There are 2 types of certifications within the ProfitPlus network
Certified Business Advisor
A certified business advisor is somebody who is part of an existing accounting firm, business coaching firm, or other aligned professional services.
Certification gives you access to marketing, sales, and systems used to gain clients and work with clients toward the improvement of their business’s revenue, profit, cash flow, and business value.
You can advance toward higher levels of certification to give you access to more business improvement programs. However, certification level 1 has enough for you to start working with your existing clients, gain new clients and grow your revenue.
Certified Territory Developer
The role of a certified territory developer is to grow a group of accredited advisors and firms within a specific geographic area. Typically, a territory is state-based, and the certified territory developer recruits new people/firms into the ProfitPlus Accounts certification program.
As a certified territory developer, you recruit new advisors, help to train the advisors using the ProfitPlus Accounts certification programs and support the certified advisors to become more successful by upgrading them into higher levels of certification.
You earn income through recruitment, training and upgrading the advisor firms to higher levels of certification.
PPCF – Foundation
Level 1
Earn this certification if you want to provide consulting advice to business owners on how to grow their business. The certification is on the Proven Growth Process, The one-day planning workshop, the two-day planning workshop and the online business diagnostic.
To become certified, you’ll complete online training and finalise a business plan for your business using the ProfitPlus Accounts online business planning system.
PPCP – Practitioner
Level 2
Earn this certification if you want to provide advanced consulting for the Proven Growth Process, so you can work with higher valued companies, facilitate the 7 Key Driver Assessment, and utilize more advanced sales proposals which have been formulated to increase your revenue per client.
To become certified, you’ll have to attend the three-day live classroom training session held in the UK, USA or Australia.
PPCI – Intermediate
Level 3
This certification advances your knowledge of the other ProfitPlus Accounts consulting programs such as the Small Business Development Program, 6 Month Step Up, 12 Month Business Growth, 13 Week Grow My Cash Flow, 12 Month Business Mastery, Business Mastery.
To become certified, you’ll complete online training and have a minimum of 5 clients who have completed programs as a result of your previous certification.
PPCE – Expert
Level 4
Earn this higher-level certification so you can provide the Virtual CFO program and the 12 Month Financial Control program which engages your client on their budgets to actuals, financial modeling, financial reporting monthly, quarterly, annually for several years of engagements.
To become certified, you’ll have to attend the three-day live classroom training session held in the UK, USA or Australia.
PPCM – Master
Level 5
Master Advisor is the highest level of Business Advisor certification. At this level, you can with clients on the exponential growth of their company, selling their business at a predefined exit date, taking a percentage of the client’s financial growth or sale of their business. You can also now train other advisors in the network.
To become certified, you’ll have to attend the three-day live classroom training session held in the UK, USA or Australia.
PPCD – Territory Developer
Level 6
As a certified Territory Developer, you’ll recruit business advisors, business coaches, and accounting firms for them to gain certification and join the ProfitPlus Accounts network. You’ll get an exclusive territory in which to market and sell.
To become certified, you’ll have to attend the five-day live classroom training session held in the UK, USA or Australia. You’ll need to sign a Reseller Agreement with ProfitPlus Accounts.
